My art is driven by a belief in infinite possibility, and texture is the continuity that runs throughout my work.
Whether exploring the ties that bind us as families, communities, or a global society, my work celebrates connection, unity, and the pursuit of a world that works for everyone. In my Connections series, I use fiber and paper pulp with strings to create textured pieces that explore these themes.
This series also connects me to my mom, who taught me the art of papermaking and, more importantly, the joy of breaking the rules and looking beyond the obvious to the ‘what if’ and the ‘why not?’
