Highlights:
- Increased public case study assets from 3 to 26 in two years including high value-brands including Remy Cointreau, Gogo, LLC, and the National Weather Service
- Developed strategic private references among IT leadership at top enterprise financial and healthcare institutions
- Produced and delivered a consistent flow of customer content including case studies, videos, customer-authored blogs, testimonials, media interviews, SlideShare slideshows and speaking engagements
- Reported program metrics quarterly including reference influence on pipeline and database growth
- Implemented Boulder Logic and managed migration to ReferenceView to track and manage references
- Launched Influitive Advocate Hub at annual customer conference with more than 50% of attendees registering and immediately engaging in social media and other advocacy activities
- Generated more than 75 TechFacts and testimonials using TechValidate customer survey tool
Voice of the Customer
- Designed and managed implementation of actionable brand awareness and perception insights survey of customers, prospects and independent IT decision-makers (including NPS) using Qualtrics survey tool
- Managed data analysis for presentation to senior executives
- Provided account-based analysis of responses from key promoters and detractors for follow up by account owners
- Conducted additional ad-hoc customer surveys to gather insights in advance of re-branding
- Coordinated customer experience and promotion for Centrify’s first Customer Conference
