Let's create the life of our dreams together.

In the guided meditation January 26th, we stepped out onto a tightrope. And, as we did, any feeling of trepidation melted away as the rope felt firm and unwavering under our feet.
The rope widened into a board to fully support us and as we continued to walk, one foot in front of the other, it widened further into a path, then a road. We felt the limitless possibilities unfolding for us as the road widened and we were surrounded by the things that comfort us.
Nature, beautiful weather, animals, colors. As we opened our minds what's next, what's possible, we drew in closer to what we want to enfold in our lives.
After the guided meditation we spent 5 minutes in silence ripping strips of fabric, symbolically ripping away what no longer serves us, and knotting our intentions into the strips of fabric. Then, we shared our observations, chatted about life, got creative and had a lot of laughs.
