Inspirational Speaking

Bev Barnett believes that creativity is a choice, and curiosity is a super fuel. She’s an inspirational speaker with an infectious positive outlook and a life philosophy that boils down to ‘Go where the yesses are.’ She’s moved through multiple careers that have coincided with newfound life truths, and attributes her most meaningful yesses to an infinitely benevolent universe that is always ready and willing to collaborate. 

She has more than 30 years’ experience in technology marketing and communications, has served on the boards of four arts and music non-profits, and is an accomplished singer-songwriter and visual artist working in hand-made paper and naturally dyed fiber.

She and her husband Greg Newlon have recorded three albums of original contemporary folk music (listen on Spotify), which they’ve shared in live concerts throughout the West Coast and Southwestern states. They currently reside in the Sacramento area and, collectively, they have four grown children and four grandchildren.
